One of our core business is training trainers: how to manage the learning and development function, how to design effective learning, how to facilitate training with impact…the whole train-the-trainer process. Of course, we also practice what we preach and offer a full range of professional development courses as well. From our founding, we have evolved and grown to be the trusted partner of choice for learning and performance professionals

Not only do we train trainers to be better at designing and delivering training, we offer train the trainer workshops and coaching on managing and coordinating the training function as well as performance consulting. We are among the first to offer train the trainer certifications for the serious learning professional. All of our certifications require a performance component as we couldn’t have it any other way!
